Work & School Problems

Well, it looks like there are now problems with my being a full-time employee and going to college full-time. It looks as if I may have to either a) quit my job, or b) find myself a part-time job. See, the problem I'm having is that I have classes in the mornings, Monday through Friday, and it interferes with my work because I would have to work 8 hour shifts beginning at 12:30 in the afternoon (with the exception of Mondays, which I would have to start much later in the evening). Well, considering that I have a Math, Physics, and History course, I would have homework for each one of those classes. Now, the delimma: I go to school in the mornings, starting at 8am, then work until 9pm - when am I to do my homework? I would have to wake up at like 5 or 6, go to school, go from school to work, go home, do homework, and get up, what, 3 hours later?
In fact, I just called my boss and let him know about it, asking him for suggestions since I believe I can't work more than 24 hours per week (forcing me to work as a part-timer). He suggested I promote one of my sales associates to the title of Sales Manager and train him for the position. I have already got one associate in mind, and asked him if he was interested and so far he is, but the training part to get him to know everything (or at least nearly everything for the job) is going to be somewhat of a pain and may take longer than I have.
Only time will tell, I guess...
